Last year, India had given a strong message against terrorism and the Pakistani army supporting it by Operation Sindoor. In this war, the world had acknowledged the iron strength of India’s defence. After facing defeat from the Indian Army, Pakistan’s PM Shahbaz Sharif and CDF Asim Munir, to please their people, started claiming that they had shot down India’s Rafale fighter jet, but India termed Pakistan’s claim as false.

Indian Air Force used decoy technology

Meanwhile, a former American fighter jet pilot told how the Indian Air Force had created havoc by entering Pakistan using decoy technology (creating a situation of confusion). In an interview given to news agency ANI, former F-15E combat fighter Ryan Bodenheimer told about his research done during Operation Vermillion. He said that India used decoy technology so well that Pakistan still thinks that it has shot down the fighter jet.

He said, ‘India had used advanced technology during Operation Sindoor. After carefully looking at the pictures that emerged after the operation, it was found that the fighter jets that the Pakistanis were talking about shooting down were actually drop tanks (fuel tanks). Such a situation is normal when the Air Force fights in the sky. After using the fuel present in the tank, the fighter pilots drop it. India used this decoy technique very smartly.

‘No Rafale of India fell in Operation Sindoor’

Ryan Bodenheimer praised France’s Rafale fighter jet. He said, ‘Rafale is a very strong and advanced technology fighter jet. I found in my research that even though Pakistan thinks that it has shot down Rafale, it did not succeed in doing so. India benefited a lot from using this technology.

After Operation Sindoor, no country in the world took Pakistan’s claim seriously. It was because of that that the statements of PM Shahbaz Sharif and Defense Minister Khawaja Asif were completely false. He repeatedly increased the numbers of downed jets in his own claims. Indian Air Force Chief said that India had shot down several Pakistani jets.
