This means that now the exam date, admit card, result and important notices will be available directly on social media.
NTA shared the message on its X (Twitter) and wrote that it has now come “even closer” to the students. Real time updates, exam alerts and important information will be available at one place. This step is special for lakhs of students who are preparing for different national level examinations.
What will be the benefit to the students?
It is often seen that students search many websites for information related to the examination. Sometimes the server is slow, and sometimes it becomes difficult to find the notice. Now information will be available immediately through official posts on social media. Notification will come on the phone and students will be able to see the updates in time. There is a lot of crowd on the website especially at the time of admit card and result. In such a situation, social media updates will give direction to the students at the right time as to what to do and where to go.

QR code also released
To enable candidates to easily access the official pages, the National Testing Agency has also issued QR codes giving direct access to its verified social media accounts.
The official Instagram handle of NTA is @nta_india, while the Facebook page is available with the name @nta.exams. Students have been advised to follow these accounts, so that they do not miss any important information related to the examination and they always get correct and official updates.
For which examinations will this step be useful?
Lakhs of students appearing for exams like JEE Main, NEET, CUET and UGC NET will now be able to get updates directly on Instagram and Facebook. This will also protect against wrong news and rumors, because the information will be available directly from the official source.
