The 14th match of the Indian Premier League Season 19 (IPL 2026) will be played today between Delhi Capitals and Gujarat Titans at the Arun Jaitley Stadium. This is the first match to be held in the evening in Delhi, before this a match of the earlier edition was played here in the afternoon. In view of today’s match, the time of the last train of Delhi Metro has been extended. DMRC shared train details of all routes on official social media.
Giving official information, DMRC said, “Delhi Metro has extended the timing of the last train on all lines for the IPL match to be held at Arun Jaitley Stadium on 8 April 2026, so that the travel can be smooth and hassle-free for all the cricket fans returning home after the match.”
Talking about Yellow Line, the last train from Samaypur Badli to Gurugram is at 11 pm, but today the last train will leave at 12:20 pm. The last train from Gurugram to Samaypur Badli will depart at 11.45.
The timing of the last train from Vaishali to Dwarka and Noida to Dwarka on the Blue Line of Delhi Metro has been increased from 11 am to 12 midnight. The last time of train going from Maujpur to Shiv Vihar on Pink Line is 12.20 am, which has been increased to 1:55 pm.

GT looking for first win
In the 2 matches played so far, Delhi Capitals’ bowling and batting have looked excellent, the team has won both its matches. On the other hand, Gujarat Titans, captained by Shubman Gill, are still looking for their first win, this is their third match. Gujarat is coming after losing both its opening matches.
