Before the formation of the new NDA government in Bihar, news that will give tension to JDU has come to light. Amidst the political turmoil, the troubles of JDU MLA Amarendra Pandey alias Pappu Pandey have increased. Gopalganj police has issued a non-bailable warrant against Kuchaykot Assembly MLA Amarendra Kumar alias Pappu Pandey, his brother Satish Pandey and CA Rahul Tiwari.
Gopalganj SP Vinay Tiwari has sent two police teams to arrest the MLA and his brother. After this news came out, there was panic in the political circles.

What is the matter?
According to SP Vinay Tiwari, an FIR has been lodged against the MLA on charges of grabbing land and giving protection to the land mafia in Belwa village of Kuchaykot police station area. Police is raiding their possible hideouts. At present, due to police raid, the MLA and his brother have gone underground.
Jitendra Kumar Rai has filed a complaint
Let us tell you that Jitendra Kumar Rai, a resident of Semrao village of Mirganj police station area, had lodged an FIR on April 1 on charges of taking possession of land by preparing fake documents in Belwa village of Kuchaykot police station area. In this case, the police had arrested four miscreants including land mafia Bhola Pandey, resident of Siwan and sent them to jail in judicial custody. In this case, the MLA and his brother have been accused of being conspirators.
It is believed that MLA Pappu Pandey and his brother along with CA can be arrested any time. MLA Pappu Pandey had worked in other parties before JDU. Many criminal cases are already registered against them. It remains to be seen how long the team formed for arrest gets success.
