Punjab Kings has the worst record in this list, because till the 2025 season, it has been able to secure a place in the last-4 only thrice. It had reached the playoffs only in 2008, 2014 and 2025 and has never won the title. Whereas Gujarat has made it to the playoffs 4 times in only five seasons.
