The winning team will be the second finalist of this season, which will face Royal Challengers Bangalore for the title. Rajasthan Royals reached the playoffs by winning the last match of the league stage, the team stood fourth with 8 wins out of 14. In the eliminator, the team defeated SRH badly, batting first the team had scored 243 runs. Vaibhav Suryavanshi had scored 97 runs in 29 balls, in which he hit 12 sixes.
