NEET-UG Re Exam 2026: After the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak controversy, the central government seems to be in no mood to take any risk. This matter related to the future of lakhs of students had created a big controversy in the entire country. After allegations of paper leak and irregularities in the examination, questions were continuously being raised on the government and the National Testing Agency (NTA). In such a situation, preparations are being made on a large scale to make the NEET re-exam to be held on June 21 completely safe and transparent.

According to the information received, this time the government is seriously considering using Indian Air Force (IAF) aircraft to transport the question papers to the examination centres. It is believed that this can significantly reduce incidents like paper leaks, theft or tampering on the way.

Government alert regarding NEET re-exam

After the paper leak controversy, the government is trying to ensure that this time there should not be any irregularities in the examination process. This is the reason why strategies are being prepared at many levels regarding the security arrangements of re-exam. A high-level meeting was also organized in Delhi on this issue, in which Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia participated. Senior officials of NTA and many ministries were also present in the meeting.

Question papers can reach through Air Force

According to the information, it was discussed in the meeting whether the question papers of NEET re-exam can be transported to different states by Air Force planes. The government believes that if air route is used then security and monitoring during paper transportation will be done in a better way. This will reduce the possibility of paper leaks or irregularities on the way to a great extent, although the final decision on this scheme has not been taken yet. It is being told that the proposal will be placed before Prime Minister Narendra Modi for final approval. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself is keeping an eye on the preparations for NEET re-exam.

How were papers delivered earlier?

Till now, question papers of many major examinations including NEET were delivered to the examination centers through postal department and other traditional means, but after the paper leak controversy, the government is now preparing to further strengthen the security system. In such a situation, the help of Indian Army or Air Force can be taken in the examination to be held this time.
