Chhattisgarh Bharat Mala Scam: ACB-Eow has taken major action on Friday in the Bharatmala project scam case of Chhattisgarh. The action of EWO-ACB is continuously continuing at the locations of Patwari, Tehsildar, Revenue Inspector and Revenue Department.
According to the information, officials are investigating the documents at the house of the then SDM Nirbhay Sahu and Shashikant Kurre of Raipur. The revenue officer’s house is also continuously under investigation from 6 am on Friday. Sources have revealed that jewelery, cash and land documents have also been found in heavy -handed hideouts.
Along with this, EOW-AAOB team is also present at the residence of Additional Tehsildar Lakheshwar Ram in Bilaspur. About half a dozen officers are engaged in investigation. During this time, the people of Tehsildar’s house also opposed the raid. In the Bharatmala Project Scam case, EOW-AAOB has conducted raids in many cities of Chhattisgarh including Nawa Raipur, Durg-Bhilai, Bilaspur on Friday, which is continuously.
The rage given to these officers employees
Among the officials employees who have raided Eow-AOW on charges of scam of Bharatmala Project, Nirbhay Kumar Sahu, Jitendra Sahu, Dinesh Patel, Yogesh Kumar, Dewangan, Shashikant Kurre, Lakeshwar Prasad, Lekhram Dewangan, Roshan Lal Verma, Basanti Dhritalhrah, Uma Tiwari, Harmeet Singh Hanuja, Vijay Jain, Vijay Jain, Dashesh Jain, Hriday Lal Lal Squirrel and Vinay Kumar Gandhi are included. Different different teams of EOW-ACB have raided 20 more locations.
In the Bharatmala project, the complaint of the scam on compensation was made by the Leader of Opposition Dr. Charan Das Mahant. Mahant wrote a letter to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) and complained about the compensation scam in this whole case. In response to which the PMO wrote a letter to Mahanta assured action. Mahant himself confirmed this and said that he hoped that the PMO will soon conduct a CBI inquiry into the matter.
Now know what is the whole matter
In fact, a scam of 43 crore has come to light for Bharat Mala Project for land acquisition in Chhattisgarh. NHAI has been shown payment of compensation of 78 crores by telling the land to be acquired in pieces. The scam has been carried out by SDM, Tehsildar, Patwari and Land Mafia Syndicate by making documents of land on the back date.
Actually, an economic corridor is being built up to Raipur-Visakhapatnam. For its construction, local farmers were to be acquired by acquiring land and compensated by the government, but in many districts of Chhattisgarh, SDM Patwari Tehsildar and the land mafia together made a big scam in compensation by dividing the big land into pieces.
Recently, after the Kulasi of this scam through the media, Korba Deputy Collector Shashikant Kurre was suspended by the government, before Jagdalpur Municipal Corporation Commissioner Nirbhay Sahu was also suspended on the allegations of scam. 6 officers including Nirbhay Kumar Sahu are accused of manipulating more than 43 crore 18 lakhs. Now in this case, EOW-ACB has raided the locations of the guilty officers employees involved in the case.
