The result of Uttar Pradesh Combined B.Ed Entrance Exam 2026 has been released. In this examination, Vandana Singh of Aligarh has secured first position in the state. Ranks have been issued to more than four lakh candidates in the examination conducted by Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. The result of Uttar Pradesh B.Ed Entrance Examination 2026 was released today in a program organized at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University, Lucknow. During this, Higher Education Minister Yogendra Upadhyay and officials interacted with the topper candidates through video call and congratulated them. Congratulating the successful candidates, the Higher Education Minister said that with hard work and proper guidance, the students Can achieve your goal. He also congratulated the team of Bundelkhand University, Jhansi for the successful conduct of the examination.

Examination held at 1011 centers in 72 districts

The Uttar Pradesh government had given the responsibility of conducting the B.Ed entrance examination 2026 to Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. The examination was conducted on 31 May 2026 at 1011 examination centers in 72 districts of the state.
The examination was conducted in two shifts. The first shift was conducted from 9 am to 12 noon and the second shift was conducted from 2 pm to 5 pm. A total of 4,44,958 candidates had registered for this examination. These included 2,72,659 women, 1,72,297 men and 2 transgender candidates.

90 percent attendance in the exam

  • In the B.Ed entrance examination, 4,00,499 candidates appeared in the first shift and 4,00,756 candidates appeared in the second shift. The total attendance in the examination was around 90 percent.
  • Kasganj and Pilibhit districts recorded the highest attendance of 95 percent, while Ghaziabad and Gautam Buddha Nagar recorded 84 percent attendance.

Surveillance done through AI and biometrics

Modern technology was used to make the examination secure and transparent. A hi-tech command control room was created for live monitoring of all the examination centres. More than 22 thousand CCTV cameras were installed at the examination centres. Apart from this, candidates were identified through 5651 biometric machines. Attendance was recorded through face recognition and finger print. The results of four candidates who used unfair means during the examination were cancelled.

More than four lakh candidates got rank
The result was prepared on the basis of double scanning of OMR sheet and image scanning. Ranks were issued to a total of 4,00,107 candidates. These include 1,53,612 men, 2,46,494 women and one transgender candidate.

Aligarh’s Vandana Singh topped
In the B.Ed entrance examination 2026, Vandana Singh of Aligarh secured the first position in the state from the science category. Nitin Pachauri of Aligarh secured the second position and Mishra Khushi Ajay of Jaunpur secured the third position. Four male and six female candidates made it to the top 10.

Bundelkhand University made a new record
Due to the use of technology and better system in the examination, Bundelkhand University has set a new example of transparent and cheating-free examination conduct.
