Steam rising from the bonnet can be a big danger
If you see white smoke or steam blowing as soon as you lift the bonnet of your car, then understand that the car has completely overheated. The biggest reason for this is leakage of coolant or its level getting completely exhausted.
Coolant is responsible for keeping the engine cool during summer. If you see the coolant box empty or see greenish-pink water spread around it, then stop the vehicle immediately. In such a situation, never open the radiator lid immediately, otherwise boiling water may fall on your face.

white or blue crusting
Due to strong sunlight and engine heat, there is a lot of load on the car’s battery. If after opening the bonnet you see white or blue powder or rust-like crust on both the corners of the battery, then it is a sign of acid leakage or overcharging.
This accumulated garbage blocks the current flow of the vehicle, which can cause the vehicle to stop while moving or cause difficulty in starting. It is very important to clean it timely with the help of hot water and baking soda.
Melting of wires and strange smell
In summer, the engine temperature increases so much that the weak plastic parts or wiring covers inside the car start melting. If you smell something burning or rubbery as soon as you open the bonnet, then be alert immediately.
Even a slight short circuit can engulf the entire vehicle in fire. Also, look around the engine oil cap, if thick black oil is leaking from there, then understand that there is excessive pressure on the engine.
