Under this recruitment, officer, engineer and management level posts have been included. Candidates eligible for this recruitment can apply online by visiting the official website till 13th July.
On which posts will there be recruitment?
Under this recruitment in RCFL, a total of 32 posts will be filled. In which Officer (Finance), Human Resource Officer, Officer (Medical), Senior Manager (CC Lab), Officer (Legal), apart from the posts of Electrical Department, some posts of Civil Department are also included.
What qualification is required?
To apply in RCFL, the qualification and experience have been decided differently according to the posts, which are as follows-
- For Officer (Finance) – CA / CMA or B.Com, MBA (Finance) with 2 years of experience.
- For Human Resource Officer – Graduation in any discipline with PG in HR/Personnel with 2 years experience.
- To apply for the post of Officer (Medical), one must have MBBS as well as registration in the Medical Council and 2 years of experience.
- For Senior Manager (CC Lab) – Apart from PhD (Chemistry) or BE/B.Tech (Chemical), there should be 17 years of experience.
- To apply for the post of Officer (Legal), LLB or 5-year Integrated Law degree with 2 years of experience is required.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering and 16 years of experience to apply for the post of Assistant Engineer (Electrical).
- To apply for the post of Engineer (Electrical), BE/B.Tech (Electrical) and 2 years experience is required.
- For Senior Engineer (Electrical), one should have BE/B.Tech (Electrical) and 4 years of experience.
- For the post of Deputy Manager (Electrical) BE/B.Tech (Electrical) and 8 years experience.
- BE/B.Tech (Civil) with 2 years experience to apply for the post of Engineer (Civil).
- For the post of Senior Engineer (Civil) BE/B.Tech (Civil) with 4 years experience.
What is the age limit fixed?
To apply for these posts, the age limit has been fixed differently according to the posts. The minimum age limit has been fixed at 34 years and the maximum age limit has been fixed at 52 years according to the posts, along with this, reserved category candidates will be given relaxation as per government rules. Apart from this, candidates must check the notification for age limit before applying.

How much will the application fee cost?
To apply, General, OBC (NCL) and EWS category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1000. Along with this, bank charges and GST will also be applicable. Whereas for SC, ST, PWBD, ex-servicemen and women candidates, no application fee will have to be paid.
How much salary will you get?
After selection in RCFL, candidates will be given salary according to the post and grade. The starting salary can range from around Rs 65000 to Rs 1.73 lakh per month. Talking about the pay scale, it has been fixed from Rs 30,000 to Rs 2,20,000. Salary and monetary facilities will also be given differently according to different posts.
