Even after the signing of the Memorandum of Peace (MoU) between America and Iran on June 17, 2026, the situation of conflict and tension is not decreasing. Meanwhile, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Mujtaba Khamenei has accused America and Israel of crimes committed against his country and demanded legal action in domestic and international courts.
Khamenei spoke for those killed in war attacks

He said, ‘What is certain is that these criminals should be brought before the law and brought to justice for their criminal acts.’
Iranian leaders openly lash out at America and Israel
Khamenei said in another post, ‘Confessions and even openly boasting about these crimes made by some leaders of the US and Zionist enemies are tantamount to unquestioning admission of crimes. This clears the way for Iran to get justice for those rights that have been violated.

The investigation of crimes committed during the 2nd Imposed War, as well as the 3rd Imposed War, & continuously pursuing this matter until a verdict is reached is entrusted to the competent authorities, & this will in turn serve to prevent the recurrence of such crimes.

He further said, ‘It is the responsibility of the competent authorities concerned to investigate the crimes committed during the second and third wars imposed on us and to pursue this case continuously until a final verdict is reached. This will also help in preventing such crimes from being repeated in future.
