-In 2026, Abhishek Sharma has been out on 0 for the 9th time. In this way, a shameful record has also been registered in his name. He has come first in the list of players who have been out on 0 in T20. Rashid Khan has been out on 0 so many times in 2019 and Shadab Khan in 2024.
-After 7 years, any team has been able to defeat India in a T20 series. India last lost in a two-match T20 series against Australia in 2019.
-India has lost only the third T20 series in this decade. Before the captaincy of Shreyas Iyer, India had lost in 2023 under the captaincy of Hardik Pandya and in 2021 under the captaincy of Shikhar Dhawan.
-Shreyas Iyer should become such an Indian captain in 2026. Those who have not won a match in the T20 series. Before them, MS Dhoni in the year (2009-15) and Virat Kohli in the year (2019) have such a shameful record.
-India’s winning streak of 16 T20 series under the captaincy of Shreyas Iyer has also ended. This is the most consecutive T20 series won by any team. Pakistan is in second place with 11 series.
