In fact, a few hours before this story, during the press conference held in Manchester on Friday, Team India’s bowling coach Morne Morkel has given such a statement, due to which questions are being raised about the possibilities of Vaibhav’s debut in the second T20.
Morkel has clearly said that the places of Sanju Samson and Abhishek Sharma will not be taken away immediately. He has also said that it is important to maintain faith in the players who won the T20 World Cup. After this statement of Morkel, it is believed that Vaibhav may have to wait in the second T20 also. But just a few hours after Morkel’s statement, Vaibhav’s ‘New Chapter’ Instagram story has surfaced, which has made the whole matter more mysterious.

Many fans on social media are linking this story with Vaibhav’s possible debut. He believes that ‘New Chapter’ might be a sign of the beginning of his new journey with Team India. However, at present there has been no official confirmation of this. Another aspect of this story is also coming to light. For the last few days, discussions are going on about Vaibhav’s bat sponsor. Actually, a picture has surfaced on Friday itself, in which the bat with which Vaibhav is seen has a Hero sticker on it. Before this he had been using SS brand bat. In such a situation, it is also believed that ‘New Chapter’ is probably an indication of a new bat sponsorship agreement.

Till now Vaibhav has not clarified the meaning of his Instagram story. Therefore, it is too early to say whether this story is an indication of his debut in Team India or is pointing towards some new commercial agreement. At present only speculations are being made regarding this.
