Emphasis on making the justice system transparent and technology based

Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary addressed the ‘two-day state-level conference on new criminal laws’ organized in Bodh Gaya on Saturday (04 July). He laid special emphasis on making the justice system more effective, transparent and technology based. CM said that the identity of Bihar has always been ‘development with justice’.

Strict action against criminals will continue – Samrat Chaudhary

“The new criminal laws are aimed at ensuring effective control of crime, timely justice to victims and strict compliance with the law,” he wrote in another post on X. Bihar government has a clear commitment that strict action against criminals will continue, no culprit will be spared and the rule of law will be established with full determination.
