Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has once again come into the headlines. Two years ago, after her daughter Dua Padukone Singh was born, news came from the industry that Deepika had asked for an 8-hour shift. There was a lot of uproar regarding this demand and many celebs supported Deepika. Meanwhile, now actress Kajal Aggarwal has also given a big statement on this demand and has spoken openly.
Kajal supported
Recently, in a conversation with Zoom, Kajal clearly said, ‘Now I also mention the time in my contract as to how many hours I will work. Apart from this, I do not do any work on Sundays to spend time with my child. A person’s priority changes with time and no one can work 24 hours a day. The demands made by Deepika are not wrong at all. Even in corporate, there is a limit for everyone’s work, so this can be implemented in the film industry also.
Kajal further said, ‘After becoming a mother, it is important to support women because things change. Many things have to be taken care of between family and career. Once in an interview with CNBC TV18, Deepika clearly said that many male actors work for eight hours, so it is not wrong for female stars to do the same.
