If you are going to appear for CA exam this year, then there is good news for you. ICAI has started filling the online form for CA Foundation, Intermediate and Final exam to be held in September and November 2026. Candidates can apply without late fee till 19th July.
Application for CA exam starts
ICAI has started online applications for CA Foundation, CA Intermediate and CA Final examination from 6th July 2026. Candidates who want to appear in this examination should fill their form on time. Due to high traffic on the website in the last days, there may be problems, so it would be better to apply early.
The last date to apply without late fee is 19 July 2026 at 11:59 pm. If for some reason you are not able to fill the form by this date, you can apply till July 22, 2026 by paying a late fee of Rs 600. After this, if any mistake remains in the form, there will be a chance to correct it from 23 to 25 July 2026.
When will CA Foundation exam be held?
CA Foundation exam will be held on 2, 5, 7 and 9 September 2026. Candidates who have applied for the foundation course should speed up their preparation from now so that they do not face any problem at the time of examination.
CA Intermediate Group-1 exam will be held on 1, 3 and 6 September, while Group-2 exam will be held on 8, 10 and 12 September 2026.
Group-1 examination of CA Final will be held on 2, 4 and 6 November 2026. After this, Group-2 examination will be conducted on 9, 11 and 13 November 2026. Candidates should note down the exam dates according to their group in advance.

Keep these things in mind while filling the form
While filling the form, fill your name, date of birth, course, examination center and all other information carefully. Before submitting the form, please check all the information once. If any mistake remains, it can be corrected only during the correction window.
Apply online like this
First of all, go to the e-services website of ICAI. Login with your account or do a new registration. After this click on the link for September or November 2026 examination. Choose your course, fill the application form, upload the required documents and pay the fees online. Finally, submit the form and keep its print or PDF safe with you.
