America says that it has intensified military action in response to these attacks. After these attacks, sounds of explosions were heard in many cities of the southern coastal areas of Iran and power supply was also disrupted in some areas.

On the instructions of US President Donald Trump, the US Central Command (CENTCOM) has started additional military action against Iran. The US military says that the purpose of these attacks is to further weaken Iran’s ability to pose a threat to the freedom of international navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.
The US has said that it holds Iran responsible for alleged attacks on commercial ships and civilian crew aboard in recent days. According to the US statement, this military action is being taken to ensure the safety of ships passing through international maritime routes.
American action on Iran for the second consecutive day
For the second consecutive day, America carried out military attacks on various targets in Iran. According to US officials, the purpose of these attacks is to put pressure on Iran to stop alleged attacks on commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz. According to news website Axios, America says that this action is necessary to maintain the safety of commercial ships and civilian crew passing through international maritime routes.
IRGC’s Salman Command Headquarters targeted
The US strikes targeted the Salman Command headquarters of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in Iranshahr, south-eastern Iran. Apart from this, American attacks were also carried out in Iranshahr as well as in many areas of southern Iran including Chabahar, Konark, Bandar Abbas, Jask, Sirik and Qeshm.
Claim of fire at IRGC aerospace facility in Bushehr
According to reports, a fire broke out at a military facility of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Aerospace Force (IRGC-AF) located near Choghadak in Bushehr province of southern Iran. It is being told that this fire broke out after the attacks by the US Air Force and Navy. However, the cause of the fire has not been officially confirmed.
Iran claims- Enemy drone shot down in southern region
News agency Mehr News has claimed that Iranian air defense system successfully shot down an “enemy” drone in the southern part of the country. According to the report, after the drone entered Iranian airspace, it was intercepted and destroyed. However, it was not made clear which country the drone belonged to and for what purpose it was sent.

Iran’s Foreign Minister counterattacks on Trump’s statement
Iran’s Foreign Minister, reacting to US President Donald Trump’s recent comments, said that Iran responds not with indecent language but with action. The Foreign Minister reiterated that Iran is fully committed to protecting its national interests and sovereignty and is not going to bow down to any pressure or abusive rhetoric.
