NHSRCL Recruitment 2026: A job opportunity has come up in India’s first bullet train project. National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) has invited applications for recruitment to 237 posts of Technician. The online application process for this has started from 7th July 2026. NHSRCL is a government company working on India’s first bullet train project. Under this, the country’s first high speed rail corridor is being built between Mumbai and Ahmedabad. This is one of the largest rail infrastructure projects in the country. National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited is a joint company of the Government of India and the respective state governments, which has been formed to develop high speed rail corridors in the country.

On which posts will there be recruitment?
Under this recruitment, technicians will be appointed in many technical trades. These include Electrical Technician (77 posts), Signaling and Telecom Technician (63 posts), Civil/Track Fitter (18 posts), Civil/Track Mechanic (16 posts), Rolling Stock Electrician (13 posts) and Rolling Stock Fitter (10 posts). Apart from this, the posts of draftsman, surveyor, welder, plumber, painter and other technical trades are also included in the notification.
Who can apply?
The candidate must have passed Matriculation/SSLC from a recognized board. Along with this, it is necessary to have ITI, apprenticeship or three years engineering diploma in the related trade. Apart from this, the candidate should have at least two years of experience in the operation maintenance department of Indian Railways, Government Owned Railways, Metro Railways or RRTS. Experience or competency certificate will also have to be given at the time of application. The maximum age of the applying candidate has been fixed at 35 years.
How will the selection process be?
Candidates will be selected in this recruitment in three phases. In which Computer Based Test (CBT) will be conducted first. After this, the documents of successful candidates will be verified. There will be medical examination last. The exam date and schedule will be released later on the official website of NHSRCL. Candidates who clear all the stages will be selected.

Salary, probation and application fees
Selected candidates will be appointed on Absorption Basis under NE-2 pay level. They will get a salary ranging from Rs 35,000 to Rs 1,10,000 per month. After appointment, candidates will have to complete a probation period of one year. Along with this, General, OBC and EWS category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 400. Whereas SC, ST and women candidates have been exempted from the application fee.
