This actress, who became famous by playing the role of Goddess Parvati in ‘Vighnaharta Ganesh’, has alleged that people from her industry are being offered money in exchange for joining the protest. This claim of the actress has created a stir.
‘‘Money is being offered to join the protest’
While talking to INS, Akanksha Puri has made a shocking revelation. She said, “I just want people to support the right thing. Don’t make it a means of marketing. Don’t make money from it. And don’t bake your own bread. Support the right thing. Support the right people. What can I say more openly? I think people who are with me, actors, content creators, they all know that many people and parties are contacting us so that this can be made a part of marketing, so that they can be seen, go to the rally. “
‘Don’t want to be part of the garbage’
Akanksha further said, “I don’t want to be a part of this garbage. I want to support the right thing and for that, it doesn’t matter whether I am there or not. Whenever someone is in need, I am with them. I felt very bad because they are the future of India. They are students and to see this happening to them… When I saw those visuals, they were very disturbing. So I want, please, they are saying a small thing. They Heard things and should get support.”

Protest intensified after removal of Sonam Wangchuk
On the morning of July 18, after completing her 21-day indefinite hunger strike, the protests intensified when Delhi Police forcefully removed Sonam Wangchuk from the protest site at Jantar Mantar. Following his deteriorating health, medical advice and the order of the Delhi High Court, the authorities admitted him to the hospital. After this, students took out a peaceful march to Parliament under the leadership of CJP, but the situation worsened due to lathi charge by Delhi Police. After this, many Bollywood and TV celebs gave their support to the students protest.
