In the post shared on Instagram, Harshvardhan wrote for ‘Sanam Teri Kasam 2’, “I am grateful for this experience, but as the situation is today, after reading the comments made about him and my country, I have decided that if the old cast is going to join the film again, I will refuse to be a part of ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’ Part 2.
Let me tell you, Pakistani artists gave a strong comment on ‘Operation Sindoor’. Pak actress Mavra, who worked with Harshvardhan in the film ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’, expressed displeasure over the bravery and action of the Indian Armed Forces. Mavra criticized ‘Operation Sindoor’ and said that innocent citizens lost their lives- ‘Allah should protect all of us, those who attacked should be good.’
The film became re-localize after 9 years
Let me tell you, the 2016 film was released again on 7 February 2025. The film earned more than Rs 30 crore at the box office and joined the list of hit films from the flop.
On this occasion, producer Deepak Mukut announced the sequel to the film. But nothing has been clarified about the star cast.
