Petition challenging Rahul Gandhi’s citizenship dismissed, High Court settled on condition

The petition filed in the Allahabad High Court in the citizenship case of senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has been dismissed. The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court has allowed the petitioner to file a reconsideration petition and dismissed the new petition on the basis of withdrawal. In fact, on May 5, a petition of this dispute was canceled by the Lucknow bench of the High Court. While filing a new petition, it was also claimed to present some new evidence. It was demanded that until this petition is decided, Rahul Gandhi’s foreign trip should be banned.
