Increasing enmity due to Syria
Syria and Israel share the border among themselves. It is said that the President of Syria’s interim government, Ahmed al-Shara, has the support of Turki, due to which the tension of Israise is increasing. Israel considers Turki interference in Syria as a threat to its internal security. Trying to get the Turkas out of Nato
The Turkas are also among the 31 member countries of the US -led NATO. Along with this, Turki also has good relations with America. There is a treaty of NATO member countries, which states that if a member country is attacked, then NATO member countries will protect it together. On the other hand, America gives Israel the status of non-NATO allies. The friendship between the two countries is that when Israel was taking action against Hamas and its colleagues in Palestine, America came openly in its favor. Even America had provided many of its weapons to Israel. However, in the growing military conflict with the Turki, the case of Israel’s American support is quite complicated, due to the NATO membership of the Turki. In such a situation, Israel is trying its best to exclude the Turkas from NATO, so that if the situation of conflict between the two countries comes, then America cannot support the Turks.
