Bihar News: The state is moving towards progress with the startup scheme of the Bihar government. This scheme is proving to be helpful in making self -employment by providing self -employment to all classes and communities. According to the information received from the Department of Industries, 1,522 startups have been registered so far. Under this, 62 crore 50 lakh rupees have been given by Nitish government so far.
Apart from women entrepreneurs, the number of Scheduled Caste/Tribe Entrepreneurs is also considerable. Some startups have also been given additional assistance. In this, additional financial assistance of Rs 13 lakh 30 thousand has also been provided. The number of startups in rural areas is also increasing rapidly. Due to this scheme of the Department of Industries, the spirit of entrepreneurship among the youth has been encouraged.
Startup policy started in 2017
The participation of youth, women and some of the traditionally neglected communities under the startup has also increased. It is also a sign of change in the socio-economic scenario of the state. Let us know that the Bihar startup policy was started in the year 2017, which aims to promote innovation and startup activities in the state.
Keeping in mind the changing landscape and local needs, the government made a change in it and implemented Bihar Startup Policy 2022. The main objective of this policy is to create a favorable environment for startup using the talent of the youth of the state. Bihar is to make the first choice of startups, investors and other stakeholders so that the overall development of the state can gain momentum.

Industry Minister Nitish Mishra says that all kinds of cooperative works are being done from encouragement at various levels to promote startups. After promoting the innovation of the youth, and after churning all the proposals under it, help is provided in every way for its implementation. This is promoting self -employment. The youth are helping to shape their meaningful imagination.
