If someone tries to stop the train?
Many people deliberately leave such a thing on the way to train. Due to which the train has to stop. If someone does this, then under Section 174 of the Indian Railway Act, 1989, there is a provision of jail and fine up to 2 years. Apart from this, many times people draw peace without reason. On doing this, under Section 141, there is a provision for a jail of up to 1 year or a fine of up to 1,000 or both punishment.
