Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has received a great opportunity for the youth looking for jobs. The company has recruited several posts including Junior Executive and Associate Executive. Who can apply?
- Junior Executive (Engineering): Candidates who have a diploma in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, electronics, civil or chemical engineering can apply for this post.
- Associate Executive (Engineering): B.Tech, BSC (Engineering) youth are eligible for this post.
- Junior Executive (Accounts): Inter CA or Inter CMA is necessary with graduation.
- Associate Executive (Quality Assurance): Must have a degree in MSC (Chemistry), that too in organic, inorganic, physical or analytical chemistry.
- Secretary: Along with passing 10th and 12th, graduation is also necessary.
What is age limit?
The minimum age for these posts is 30 years and maximum age is 35 years. However, OBC, SC/ST candidates will be given age relaxation according to government rules.
How much will you get salary?
- Salary for Junior Executive to 30,000 to 1,20,000 per month (annual package about 11.86 lakhs)
- Associate Executive: 40,000 to 1,40,000 per month (annual package around 16.64 lakhs)
How will the selection be?
First of all, there will be shortlisting based on merit and experience. After this, the Retan exam will be taken. Then the final selection will be done through case-based discussion, group task and interview.

For General, OBC, EWS class: 1000 + 180 (GST). There is no fee for SC, ST, PWBD.
