Maruti e-Vitara features: Maruti’s first electric SUV, E-Vitara being prepared in India will no longer be limited to Indian customers. It is reported that it will also be exported to developed markets like Japan.
Actually, this will be Suzuki’s first global EV which will be made in India and sent worldwide. This SUV of Maruti may be launched in India before September 2025.
Maruti E-Vitara will be sent from India to Japan
This will be the fourth Indian-made Suzuki car that will be sold in Japan. Earlier, Fronx, Baleno and Jimny 5-DOR were also exported from India. The special thing is that Jimny has such a demand in Japan that its waiting period is for two years.
Single charge range up to 500 km
E-Vitara will get two battery pack options of 49kwh and 61kwh. Through these batteries, this SUV will be able to give a range of up to 500km once charged. This range can make it a very economical and better EV in markets like India.
E-Vitara variant and price information
Maruti Suzuki e-Vitara will be introduced in five variants, which will include two battery pack options. The Sigma variant will come at an estimated price of 18 lakh (ex-showroom) with 49kwh battery pack, while the Delta variant will be available for 19.5 lakhs with 49kwh battery. The ZETA variant will be offered for two options (Rs 21 lakh with 49kwh battery and Rs 22.5 lakh with 61kwh battery). At the same time, the Alpha variant will be the top trim, which will be available at an estimated price of 24 lakhs with 61kwh battery. ZETA will be the only variant in which both battery options will be found.

E-Vitara can be called the most futuristic EV in the segment as it includes many premium and advance technology. It has a 10.1 -inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto. Along with this, a 10.25 inch digital instrument cluster will also be available. For the audio experience, it has a sound system of Infinity by Harman. Apart from this, panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, wireless charger, connected car technology and drive modes are also included in Eco, Normal, Sport and Snow. In this, advance facilities like one-paddle driving and region mode have also been provided.

In terms of security, E-Vitara will get Level-2 Adas (Advanced Driver Assistant System), which will include features like lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitor and 360 degree camera. Apart from this, it will also get 7 airbags, rear disc brakes, electronic parking brakes with auto hold, tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) and AVAS alarm system for pedestrians.

E-Vitara will be launched in a total of 10 color options, including 6 single tones and 4 dual tones. Single tone includes Nexa Blue, Spledidid Silver, Arctic White, Grandure Gray, Blueish Black and Offulant Red. The dual tone option will provide Arctic White, Land Breeze Green, Spledhed Silver and Office Red Shades with Black Roof and A-Pillar.
Global launch and warranty
E-Vitara will be launched not only in India but also in international markets like UK and Netherlands. The special thing is that Suzuki is offering a 10 -year warranty on this electric SUV, which was not given on any Suzuki model till now.
