Donald Trump Vladimir Putin Talk: Putin is determined to take revenge on Ukraine after a terrible drone attack on Ukraine’s Russian Bombers plane. Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump called Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday (4 June 2025) for ceasefire. There was a talk between the two leaders about a quarter of an hour, in which he expressed his intention about Ukraine from Putin.
No expectation of peace at the moment- Trump
According to US President Donald Trump, Putin has told him that Russia will respond to the Ukrainian attack on airports and peace is not expected at the moment. Trump said, “We discussed the attacks on Russia’s aircraft by Ukraine. There was no such conversation that could be restored between the two countries immediately. Putin said that he would have to respond to the recent attack on airports.”
There was talk between the two leaders about the Iran issue
The two leaders also reportedly discussed Iran’s atomic ambitions, which Trump described as the current issue. According to Trump, Putin has expressed his desire to help solve the deadlock with Iran. Trump wrote, “President Putin suggested that he would participate in the discussion with Iran and perhaps he could be helpful in concluding it rapidly.”
Ukraine carried out the biggest attack on Russia so far
Recently, Ukraine destroyed its 40 bombers plane by making the biggest attack on Russia so far. A meeting was held on Monday (2 June 2025) in Istanbul of Turki regarding peace talks between Russia-Ukraine. Looking at the attitude of the two countries in the meeting that lasted for about an hour, one thing became clear that there could not be an immediate ceasefire between Russia-Ukraine. However, in peace talks, Russia and Ukraine agreed to exchange the bodies of 6,000 soldiers killed in the war.
