The current salary according to the 7th Pay Commission-
Basic pay- Rs 1,44,200. The total salary, including dearness allowance (DA), HRA and other allowances, goes from Rs 2,10,000 to Rs 2,50,000. A senior officer like Nidhi Tiwari usually gets the top scale and due to working in the highly sensitive ministry like PMO, there are some additional facilities like government houses, staff, car, etc.

How much salary will increase after 8th pay commission
After the implementation of the 8th salary, there is a possibility of increasing the salary of most employees in the Center. In such a situation, the salary of PM Modi’s PS Nidhi Tiwari is also expected to increase after the 8th Pay Commission. According to media reports, their salary is expected to increase by 25 to 30 percent after 8th salary. In such a situation, the salary of Nidhi Tiwari is expected to be 2 lakh 60 thousand to 3 lakh 30 thousand. However, no official announcement has been made from the government so far how long it is to be implemented. It is expected to be implemented in January 2026.
