Actors are unable to read scripts in Hindi
Actually, while talking to Filmfare, Jaideep revealed that actor of Hindi -speaking states working in Hindi films cannot read Devanagari script. Jaideep Ahlawat said, “I was surprised to see that actors cannot read scripts in Hindi while acting in Hindi films.” He further said, “I have been so surprised, I am not joking. Hindi actors wrote do not come to read. If he is written in Devanagari, he cannot read.”
Actors read scripts written in Roman, not Devanagari
He mentioned, “Nothing can be worse than this. If someone is from South India, there is no problem, but Hindi linguistic actor cannot read Hindi. Every other word is messed up.” Jaideep Ahlawat said that although these actor cannot read Devanagari script, they understand the Roman script well. He said, “If you give in Roman, you will read.”
People took Saif’s name after Jaideep’s revelations
Jaideep’s disclosure has gone viral on social media sites, especially Reddit. At the same time, one wrote in the comment, “In the recent season of Koffee with Karan, Saif did not know a single word in Hindi and Sharmila Tagore scolded him that he does not understand Hindi as a Hindi film actor. It is shameful.” Another wrote, “Are he talking about Saif? Hahaha.” Another wrote, “I am 100 percent sure he is talking about Saif Ali Khan. He has recently worked together in that heest movie.
