Chinese factory output growth slow: The second major economy of the world is showing the direct impact of Trump Tariff on China’s economy. According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics on Monday, industrial production has been a growth of 5.8 percent compared to the same period last year. This was 6.1 percent in the month of April. This is the slowest speed ever compared to November 2023.
However, retail sales have increased by 6.4 percent. This growth was 5.1 percent in the month of April. This is the fastest older after December 2023. Experts were expecting its growth at a speed of 5.0 percent. Obviously, this figure is showing recession or slow growth in the industrial sector in Beijing, while domestic consumption has improved with a rapid pace. It is also a sign of economic reform and consumer development.
