Recently, the Uttar Pradesh government has announced financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh to the families of 11,690 farmers of the state. Under the Chief Minister’s Farmers Accident Welfare Scheme by the Uttar Pradesh government, this amount was announced to give this amount to these families on 16 June.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath himself will transfer an amount of Rs 562 crore to the account of the families of farmers. Let us tell you that under the Chief Minister Krishak Accident Welfare Scheme, if a farmer dies in an accident. He becomes disabled. So he is given financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh from the government.

Which farmers can get benefits under this?
In a way, if the Chief Minister’s Farmers Accident Welfare Scheme of the Uttar Pradesh Government is said to be an accident insurance scheme for farmers.
