India’s leading renewable energy company Suzalon Energy has received a major order. On 20 June 2025, Ampin Energy Transition allotted Suzalon’s 170.1 MW project to Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. This is Ampin’s third order given to Suzalon. This project includes 54 S144 wind turbines (each capacity of 3.15 mW), hybrid latis tower, and supply, installation, commissioning and long -term maintenance services. Following this announcement, Suzlon’s shares on BSE rose 2.8–3% to close at ₹ 64.26, after a decline of three days. In the financial year 2025, Suzalon delivered a record delivery of 1.55 GW, which included 573 MW in Q4. The company recorded a net profit of ₹ 2,072 crore, which is three times the FY24 compared to ₹ 660 crore. Suzlon’s order book is now at a record level of 5.6 GW.
