Trump said that people who have committed serious crimes, such as ‘kill someone with baseball bat’, should be deployed from America, even if they were born here.
During a visit to a migrant detention center in Florida, Trump said, “These people are not new to our country. They are here. Many of them have been born here.” The US President made it clear that his intention is to expel citizens who commit serious crimes from the country. He described it as the goal of his next government.
Those who get citizenship from birth cannot be removed from the country
According to American law, a person who got citizenship from birth cannot be taken out of the country until citizenship is deception. Trump’s statement has been criticized by human rights organizations and many legal experts.

Trump did not stop here. Referring to the city of New York, he said that there have been many such incidents, which were not an accident but intentional crimes. He further said, “Even if we forget everyone else, there have been some very bad incidents in New York and they were not accidents.”
