Amrik sukhdev: If you live in Delhi-NCR, then the name of Amrik Sukhdev Dhaba must have been heard in Murthal, Haryana, where people from far and wide are ahead. Many people drive here and reach the dhaba till late in the night.
Situated on NH-44, this dhaba has now moved beyond the place of food and drink. In the last few years, the identity of this dhaba has increased elsewhere than before. Alam is that there is a lot of crowd not only in the day, but also late night in the dhaba. Now it is obvious that the more the number of customers increases, the restaurant will also have the same profit.
Thousands of people come daily to eat food
Today, even though Amrik Sukhdev is not interested in any identity, but do you know that it started with a small road side dhaba. Real estate and business -related content, an Instagram creator named Rocky Saggu Capital, has recently shared a video on Amrik Sukhdev’s journey. Rocky said in this video, 5,000-10,000 people come to eat food daily in Amrik Sukhdev. For this, they also have a big team of about 500 employees. Today this restaurant earns about 100 crores annually.
This is not the case of identity
In 1956, Sardar Prakash Singh started a small dhaba in Murthal, where only truck drivers passing through the highway used to come to eat. In 1990, both his sons Amrik and Sukhdev also joined this business and started sharing work with the father. Gradually, more things were added to the menu, business also started moving forward.
Earlier, food was served to truck drivers for free or at a very low rate. This increased its identity, the confidence of customers also increased. The special thing here is that a lot of attention is given to the quality of food in the dhaba. The owners of the restaurant also taste the food and see how his test is, how is the quality. It is the result of all these that today Amrik Sukhdev is a popular restaurant not only in India, but also all over the world. In January this year, it got a place in the list of Test Atlas’s ‘100 most reputable restaurant’ in the world.
