Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar has given a big statement about coaching centers in Kota city called Coaching City. He has said that coaching centers have now become ‘Pocing Center’. These are creating obstruction of children’s development, so this culture is dangerous. According to him, coaching centers are against the flow of National Education Policy. These have become black holes in the strong molds.
Coaching centers are spreading uncontrollably, which is becoming a serious crisis for our youth who are our future. We have to deal with this worrying evil. We cannot allow our education to be tarnished and contaminated in this way.
What did the Vice President say the fourth convocation?
Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar said today at the fourth convocation of the Indian Institute of Information Technology i.e. Triple IT Kota that the coaching centers are spread everywhere. They mold the students’ minds in the same pattern for years, which blocks their thinking power. This can cause many psychological problems.
Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar opposed the tendency to conduct education as a factory and said, “We have to end this assembly-line culture, because it is very dangerous for our education.” Coaching centers are contrary to the spirit of national education policy. It causes obstacles in development and progress.
He criticized the huge expenditure on advertisements by the coaching centers, saying that there is a lot of money on advertisements and hoardings in newspapers. This money comes from those students who bear the expenses of their studies with either loans or very difficult. This is not a suitable use of money. These advertisements may look attractive, but for our civilized soul, they have become the eyes of the eyes.
He said, your marksheet and points will not define you. While entering the competitive world, only your knowledge and ability to think will define you.
A total of 189 degrees were provided at the ceremony. Out of which 123 B.Tech degrees were awarded in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), 62B tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) and 4M tech degree in CSE with specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Data Engineering. At the same time, Ankur Aggarwal (CSE) and Dhruv Gupta (ECE) were awarded the gold medal for educational excellence.
