Calorie deficit and balanced diet

Ashish Chanchalani said that the main reason for his weight loss was not to eat, but overwriting. He worked on the principle of calorie deficit (eating less calories than you burn). His diet was a balanced mix of protein, fiber, healthy fats and carbohydrates.

  • Breakfast: Sprouts with six boiled eggs or an omelette (sprouts).
  • Lunch (lunch): 200 grams of chicken with 1 roti, as well as cucumber and celery juice.
  • Evening (around 6 pm): WHE protein shake.
  • Dinner (around 8 pm): Only protein rich chicken (without any carbs).

This change in diet

Ashish fried with his diet and removed high-carb foods. They told that they used to eat everything by weighing everything, so that they could keep the correct account of calories. If they used to eat Gulab Jamuns, they used to eat less than their daily calorie maintenance, so that they would stay in total calorie deficit. Workout routine

Along with the diet, Ashish also paid full attention to his workout routine. He used to do gym for about 4 hours every day, which included everything from cardio to strength training. Boxing, Battleing rops, cycling and running were also part of his workouts.
