According to Ashutosh, any language is a source of dialogue and there should be no dispute.
In the trailer launch event of ‘Heer Express’, Ashutosh Rana has given his opinion on the Hindi-Marathi controversy. He said- ‘What my personal believes, that is the language, it is a matter of dialogue. Language is never a matter of dispute. So what India is, it is such a mature and such a wonderful country, where it has adopted all things and it believes in dialogue. India never believes in controversy.
What is Hindi-Marathi language dispute?
- The Maharashtra government made it mandatory to teach Hindi as a third language in government primary schools besides English and Marathi.
- The government had said in the order that according to these federal policy, children are required to be taught three languages in the school.
- Since then, controversy started over Hindi and Marathi. In view of the increasing dispute in Maharashtra, the state government withdrew its decision.
- Along with this, a committee was formed to review the triple policy. However, even after this, there is a dispute about language in the state.
