Union Minister Athawale strongly condemned the incidents of assault on the language, saying, “If needed, the Republican Party of India workers will give a befitting reply to such people. Our party is standing with the Hindi speaking community and will always fight the fight for their rights.”
Recently, MNS workers had assaulted the Gujarati shopkeeper of Jodhpur Sweets in Meera-Bhayandra in Thane for not talking in Marathi. Along with this, there were many more incidents of assault on the language.

Union Minister Ramdas Athawale also expressed his concern on burning issues like unemployment. He said, “The Republican Party is fighting the rights and entitlements of the people.
