Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Ramdas Athawale reached Jaipur on Wednesday (July 16). During this, while addressing the media, he spoke openly on many important issues. He said that incidents of atrocities and assault on Hindi speaking people in Maharashtra are very unfortunate.

Union Minister Athawale strongly condemned the incidents of assault on the language, saying, “If needed, the Republican Party of India workers will give a befitting reply to such people. Our party is standing with the Hindi speaking community and will always fight the fight for their rights.”

Recently, MNS workers had assaulted the Gujarati shopkeeper of Jodhpur Sweets in Meera-Bhayandra in Thane for not talking in Marathi. Along with this, there were many more incidents of assault on the language.

Union Minister Ramdas Athawale also expressed his concern on burning issues like unemployment. He said, “The Republican Party is fighting the rights and entitlements of the people. We will raise subjects like unemployment before the Central Government and demand concrete action in this direction.” He expressed confidence that the party will continue to work continuously according to its principles towards social justice.
