There is big news for Delhiites. Under the special assistance scheme for union territories, Delhi is going to get Rs 600 crore from the central government. Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has announced that these money will be used for development across the city.
Development will include traffic management, drainage, green energy and waste management. CM Rekha Gupta also said that he met Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and gave information about many projects and future requirements released in Delhi.
600 crores will be available in July itself
CM Rekha Gupta has said that Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has shared information about the Special Assistance (SASCI) scheme for capital investment to the states/union territories. Under this, the Delhi government will get special financial assistance of Rs 600 crore in the month of July.

CM Rekha Gupta has also given information that the government is working continuously in this direction so that Delhiites can get all the facilities they deserve. Expressing gratitude to Nirmala Sitharaman, CM Rekha Gupta said that the people of Delhi are looking at the direct benefits of the cooperative efforts of the central and state governments. State governments get interest-free loan
