Talking about vitamin K, women should have 90 micrograms every day and men should be up to 120 micrograms. The amount of vitamin B6 should be taken about 1.6 to 1.8 mg and vitamin B2 (riboflavin) should be taken about 1.6 to 2.0 mg every day.

WHO says that fat soluble vitamins like A, D, E, K can accumulate in the body by taking high quantities and it can be harmful. To meet its quantity, include green vegetables, fruits, pulses, whole grains and dairy products in your diet.
