The company is getting government contracts in Mumbai. The work of building new airports in Mumbai is also going on fast. Despite this, its Dharavi project is considered to be the biggest and unique ever for the company. This can prove to be a milestone for the company. It is estimated that along with generating a revenue of $ 14 billion, Adani Realty will also get a profit of $ 3 billion.

The company gets 80 percent stake in DRPPL

Adani Properties, the real estate development company of Adani Group, emerged as the most bidding company for the Dharavi redevelopment project in November 2022. It got an 80 percent stake in DRPPL (DHARAVI redevelopment project private limited), while the remaining 20 percent stake is with the Government of Maharashtra.
