It started with a collection of Rs 3.5 crore on Friday and earned Rs 3.75 crore with a slight gain on Saturday. On Sunday i.e. on the third day, this earnings increased by 10 percent and it did a turnover of Rs 4.15 crore. However, on Monday, the figures declined significantly. It declined by more than 60 percent to only Rs 1.35 crore on the fourth day, which increased to Rs 1.65 crore on the fifth day i.e. on Tuesday.

To woo more audiences in theaters, the makers of ‘Dhadak 2’ have also introduced a special promotion for August 5 on Tuesday, 5 August. Viewers can enjoy this film in theaters across the country for just Rs 99. The production team announced an announcement through a post on Instagram. In which it was written, “Now every happiness will be found! Look at the battle of love, starting at ₹ 99 from this Tuesday.” Although producers are making every effort to increase ticket sales, the film has not been able to achieve any special lead.
‘Dhadak 2’ had to compete with ‘Saira’- ‘Son of Sardar 2’
‘Dhadak’ and Ajay Devgan’s ‘Son of Sardar 2’ were released on the same day. Ajay Devgan starrer is a comedy-drama that has maintained his grip on the audience from the beginning.
