Former India opener Shikhar Dhawan has posted an emotional post on social media, which will also hurt your heart. He has sent a message for his son Zorawar, so that he has not met for the last 21 months. Dhawan has shared many pictures on social media, with which he also wrote an emotional note. He wrote that when other cricketers were playing with their children at the time of WCL, they also missed their son.
Shikhar Dhawan shared an emotional note for his son on Instagram and wrote, “When I saw friends playing with their children in WCL, I thought that I wish Jorawar would have been here. He could have been very fun. I later saw some of his childhood pictures and suddenly the old memories surrounded my mind.
Shikhar Dhawan is divorced
Shikhar Dhawan had accused his wife Ayesha Mukherjee of mental harassment. A Delhi court found that Ayesha Mukherjee neither opposed the allegations against him nor denied them. In view of these aspects, Dhawan’s divorce application was approved in October 2023. Divorce took place, but he did not get the permanent custody of son Zorawar.
He was allowed to talk on video calls with Zorawar. But while talking to ANI some time ago, Dhawan revealed that he was prevented from coming in contact with his son in any way. According to reports, Shikhar Dhawan has never met his son after divorce from Ayesha Mukherjee.
