Hong Kong’s Civil Aviation Department has said to seriously investigate the matter. The airline has filed a report of the incident and confirmed the submission of the investigation report to the officials soon.

Recently, Singapore Airlines and Malaysia Airlines have announced that the use of power banks will be banned from April 2025.
