Horrific road accident in Surendranagar, Gujarat, 8 people killed in 2 vehicles collision

A fierce road accident has come to light in Surendranagar district of Gujarat, where eight people died in a strong collision between two vehicles, including two children.

The case is of Jhamar village located near Lakhtar in Surendranagar district. It is being told that this accident happened when a car coming from Kadu village towards Surendranagar collided with a vehicle coming from the front.

The accident was so fierce that the car’s children were blown away and they fell into the ditch on the roadside. In this accident, seven people in the car died on the spot, while another person died on the way to the hospital. According to eyewitnesses, the car caught fire after the collision, which also led to a lot of difficulties in the rescue work.

Accident caused by high speed

At the same time, after receiving information about the incident, the police reached the spot and rescued the car with a ditch and took the bodies of the car riders and sent it for postmortem. In the preliminary investigation, the high speed is believed to be the cause of the accident. At present, the dead are being identified, so that their family members can be contacted.

Road accidents increased last few days

Significantly, in Gujarat, many road accidents have also come to light earlier. On August 8, four people died in a horrific road accident in Kutch, Gujarat. The incident occurred on the Surajbadi bridge near Maliua. There was a strong collision between a car and the trailer here.

The accident was so severe that both vehicles caught fire. Four people in the car were burnt to death and more than 5 people were seriously injured. Earlier, on 25 July, a car driver crushed pedestrians and bike riders in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Four people died in this accident.
