A policeman was killed and three others were injured in an explosion in the landmine planted by Naxalites in Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh. Police officials gave this information on Monday.
Officials said that on Sunday (August 17), the District Reserve Guard (DRG) team in the National Park area of Bijapur was dispatched on an anti -Maoist campaign. He said that during the campaign, policeman Dinesh Nag died and three other soldiers were injured due to an explosion in the landmine in the morning.
The condition of injured soldiers out of danger
Officials said that the condition of the injured soldiers is out of danger. After first aid, arrangements are being made to give them better treatment. He informed that after the completion of the campaign, other information will be given.
