Breetjke made her ODI debut against Pakistan. In that match, Breetjke scored an innings of 150 runs. This is the biggest innings by any player played on ODI debut. After this, he again scored 83 runs against Pakistan.
At the same time, Breetjke scored 57 runs in the first ODI against Australia. After this, he created history by playing an innings of 88 runs in the second ODI. Breetj became the first player in ODI history to score 50 or more runs in his first four ODI matches.
South Africa captured the series
South Africa defeated Australia by runs in the second ODI and captured the three -match ODI series. South Africa won the first match by 98 runs. Now by winning the second ODI, South Africa has taken an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series.
South Africa scored 277 runs while batting first. Breetjke scored 88 and Triston Stabs scored 74 runs. In response, the entire team of Australia was all out for 193 runs. South Africa won the second match by 84 runs and won the series. Lungi Angidi took 5 wickets for South Africa.
For Australia, Josh English scored 87 runs in 74 balls. But did not get more together than the other end. Because of which he failed to win the team.
