In 2020, the Congress lost the power of Madhya Pradesh in a few months after 15 years. However, the Congress leaders had kept silence on the reason behind this, but now after about 5 years, the leaders are speaking on it one by one.

Recently, Digvijay Singh explained his opinion on this, in which he had given differences between the then Chief Minister Kamal Nath and Jyotiraditya Scindia behind the fall of this government, after which now Congress leader Kamal Nath has given his reaction to this.

There is no benefit from uprooting things- Kamal Nath

He posted on his social media X and wrote, ‘In Madhya Pradesh, some statements have been made recently about the fall of my Congress government in 2020. I just want to say that there is no benefit in uprooting old things.

He further wrote, “It is true that apart from personal ambition, Jyotiraditya Scindia felt that the government is running Digvijay Singh. In this displeasure, he broke the Congress MLAs and demolished our government.”

Digvijay Singh’s claim

Please tell that Digvijay Singh had said in an interview to a private channel that the Congress government had already expressed the possibility of falling. The Congress government will fall, it was already known, on this question, Digvijay Singh said, “This is wrong, it was publicized, but I warned against it that this incident could happen, in a meeting held at an industrialist’s house, I tried to resolve the differences of the two leaders.”

He further said, “Even a specialist was prepared, but it was not implemented. This increased the tension and the government fell.” However, Digvijay did not reveal the name of the industrialist.

Why not resolve the dispute?

Digvijay Singh was asked on which issues the differences were. He said, “There was disagreement about minor issues. It was decided that we will be as we would say in Gwalior-Chambal dialogue. We gave suggestions in writing, both the leaders also signed, but they were not followed. Only then the political crisis deepened.”
