The marriage of Bollywood’s experienced actors Anupam Kher and Kiran Kher has completed 40 years. On this special occasion, both of them wrote an emotional post on social media and recalled the depth and long partnership of their relationship.
Anupam’s post for his dear Kiran
Anupam Kher in his Instagram post congratulating Kiran Kher on the wedding anniversary, “Dear Kiran! Mubarak. It seems as if a whole life has been spent together. First 10 years of friendship and then 40 years of marriage. We have faced many difficulties but always crossed all times with dignity, understanding and love.”
She also shared an old anecdote, when Kiran Kher was ill and loved the TV series ‘Autlander’. Anupam, with the help of his agent in London, had called a personal video message from the lead actors of the show Catiana Balf and Sam Hugan, who was calling Kiran ‘Get Well Soon’. Anupam, while sharing the same video on the anniversary, wrote that perhaps even today this video brought a smile on Kiran’s face.
Kiran’s message to his best friend and life partner
At the same time, Kiran Kher also wrote a loving message for Anupam Kher on his Instagram. He said, “Happy wedding anniversary, my best friend and life partner. The best moments of my life are spent with you. We saw the world together, laughed a lot and enjoyed every moment. God always keep you happy.”
Kiran and Anupam first met in Chandigarh, where both were associated with the theater. A few years later, both of them met again during a play in Kolkata, and from there the love started between the two. Kiran married Anupam Kher in 1985 after divorcing her first husband.
